Oil price trading up at $95 by the end of 2009?

A view on the oil price for the next two months. With OPEC on course to keep oil output levels at the current rate, will crude oil be trading higher by the end of 2009?

Morgan Downey, head of commodity trading in the Americas at Standard Chartered, talks about the outlook for oil prices. This forecast is $85 to $95 dollars per barrel by year end, only time will tell if the oil price will hit this level.
